ARCHITECT
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with Professional Licensence
- At least 3-5 years of experience in ARCHITECTUAL CONCEPTUAL DESIGN, DESIGN DEVELOPMENT ANG CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
- Excellent Project Management, Communication, Analytical and Time Management Skills
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3D renderings and other architectural software
- Can work under extreme pressure
- Must be willing to be assigned alternately to construction sites and office
- Must be organized, creative, flexible, responsible, goal oriented and a good team player
ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
- With Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Previous book keeping experience is an advantage
- With good oral communication, mathematical and analytical skills
DIVISION SECRETARY
- Female, 25-35 years old
- Must be a 4- year course college graduate
- At least 2 years of working experience related to documentation
- Must be computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- With good oral and written communication skills
